Weeping Creek Cottages Short Term Reservation Agreement

The reservation shall begin on ________________ at 3:00 p.m. and shall terminate on _________________ at 11:00 a.m. The guest understands that if the cottage is not vacated promptly at 11:00 a.m. he/she will be charged an additional 1/2 day at the highest daily rate.

CANCELLATION FEES: Notice of 30 days or more: $50.00 handling fee
Notice of 14-30 days: 50% of the total
Notice of less than 14 days: No Refunds
The guest agrees to the above cancellation policy regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

LATE ARRIVALS/EARLY DEPARTURES: The reservation begins and ends on the above dates and times. If you arrive on a later date or depart on an earlier date (or do not arrive at all) you are still liable for the entire time period.

The owner shall not be responsible for personal property, bodily harm, acts of God, or accidents in the cottages or on Weeping Creek property. The guest shall return the cottage(s) and all its contents at the end of the visit in as good a condition as when she/he took possession. The guest shall not assign or sub-let the premises or any portion thereof. The guest will not hang towels, bathing suits, etc. anywhere outside the cottage including on porch rails and/or chairs. Personal property is not to be stored anywhere outside the cottage including porches, carports or yards.
Weeping Creek property and its facilities are for the use of Weeping Creek guests only. The guest agrees and understands that she/he will be liable for the actions of his/her entire party. He/she further understands and agrees that any children under 14 are to be supervised at all times and all members of said party are to behave in a manner that does not disturb the other guests or damage property.
Weeping Creek Cottages is privately owned and the owner reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. The owner reserves the right to insist the guest and his/her entire party leave immediately (without refund) if they: 1) behave in an inappropriate manner that disturbs other guests, 2) damage or destroy property, 3) smoke indoors anywhere on Weeping Creek property, and/or 4) harbor any type of pet anywhere (including inside vehicles) on or in Weeping Creek property.
